ALICE NGAN, is a food stylist and photographer based in Hong Kong. She works as a photographer for 20 years. She further studied “Styling for Food Photography” at Melbourne’s renowned RMIT University and completed an intensive food styling course in US led by Delores Cluster. Also, Alice completed “Barista Skills Intermediate” and “Brewing Intermediate” by SCA in 2020.
Alice was awarded as Professional in Advertising/Product/Food at Prix de la Photographie, Paris (PX3) in 2020 and 2021. Her first cookbook photography for “Grace’s 60 Recipes” was recognized in Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2018.“
Alice’s work is characterized by graphic compositions, and “perfect imperfect” food styling technique.
